Because the wash next door was closed and it was that or not get loaded. Plus, $20 isn't breaking my wallet.VisionLogistics Thanks this.

"Road Pro", IMHO, is the biggest ripoff in the world. Not that I haven't bought their crap (convenience, etc.), but you just know you are getting screwed when you buy that brand.
Eaton18 Thanks this. -
I went to the local swap meet to get one. Couldn't find one which shocked me.

Road Pro is Chinese for , "got ya sucka".
VisionLogistics and 48Packard Thank this. -
I was going to buy a new handle today at KJ's in Idaho Falls and they had those nice yellow extending ones... for $40. Nah, I'll hunch over and use the broken 3 footer for that price until I get to a home depot or whatever.

When you pick up a handle get the braces. Drill holes all way through and use bolts and washers. Screws want o back out. Seems they make both last longer.

The road pro coffee maker i bought lasted one week.

I bought a Road Pro vacuum once. All I can say is that it did suck, and not in the way vacuums are supposed to. I powered it up and nearly all of the dirt was being blown out the top as was being picked up off the floor (which wasn't much as the suction sucked). It was a mess. I had to use a pair of my wife's nylons as a filter, which helped a little, but not much. I got better results with a dustpan and brush.48Packard, Eaton18 and VisionLogistics Thank this.

Yep, I purchased one of them high quality Road Pro vacs, at a T/S. It just relocated the dirt/dust from the floor, to the walls and my face. Promptly put it back in the box, and took it back in the T/S for a refund. With my face and glasses covered in dust, I don't think she could question why I didn't want this POS, and did give me a refund.
Now for a garage broom, for a while I used my broom from home. I've had it for some time. It has the wood handle with braces. Fearing that I would break the handle I bought one at a T/S. I got to use it 3 times before the handle broke at the threads. Since I must have one that is durable I purchased one on-line, from Uline. What I don't like is the handle is 2-piece that screw together. I still must be somewhat careful with it. But so far I really like it for what I do.VisionLogistics Thanks this.
