Oh yeah thought about it and just makes sense.

On side note I witnessed a driver fall off his load while tarping it and break his wrist. Ambulance came and picked him up, his truck is still in the spot it was in. dunno what his company plans on doing but guess not my problem.

And I had to help out a TMC driver that had no idea how to secure shingles.

Meh he was loaded before i even got started loading. I had my 30 skids secured and tarped and hes still was working on his. I felt obligated to go over and see if he was having issues.

The driver that fell off his load yeah it happens heck get all the snow and ice on your tarps and trailer its slick stuff.

Are still doing the 14/7 deal? Hope you post more on your experiences. Hadn't thought much about Roehl or going back into trucking/ flatbedding until reading your posts. I thought age might hold me back, but maybe not.:biggrin_2559:

Dropped my load for tomorrow this evening. At some small truck stop found a nice bar and grill to eat at with cheap good food here in Jacksonville IL. 1200 mile run, now getting a hon 2 stopper just shy of 1600 miles 1st stop to Woburn MA and final in Westbrook ME. Both easy to get to super duper early appt times especially for mostly likely for office chairs. Haven't seen runs like this in a while about time. I'm guessing ME paper load out.

Yeah Woburn isn't bad. People get nervous because its so close to Boston. Ask could get paper load from Ayer or even sneaker load from New Balance...never know
