Wiring Adapters...

Does the Motorola end look like a stereo antenna connector? Trying to picture this.
I have never seen an adapter for that.

On the off chance that the adapter Murph spotted is the opposite polarity from what you need, i.e., the male end looks like the current end on the cable that you've got coming from the antenna, here's an example of the "other way":

There are also all-in-one-body adapters like the previous one, but I like having a short pigtail of wire that I can zip-tie to some sorta support near the connectors to take the strain off of them. The stock antenna leads that use Motorola-style connectors are frequently a single skinny conductor, and don't hold up well to lotsa movement. They're also made for (typically) infinitesimally skinny wire, cuz receive antennas have very low signal levels on them. Dunno how much RF they'd take, although back in the early 70s I had a horribly inefficient tunable adapter to use the stock be-bop antenna on my Dodge pickup for both the be-bop radio and my stock CB. It wasn't great, but it concealed the presence of any extra radio gear in the pickup (lotsa property crimes in Fairbanks during the early pipeline years).

 

Wonder why they used that type end in the first place? Strange to see in these newer model trucks.
That is why i was thinking it was for a AM-FM antenna

 

Is it maybe intended to plug into one of those multiplexors behind the dash, so that the TV, CB, and be-bop radio all run off the same antenna? They're probably nominally cheaper, and they're already the standard for be-bop radios for at least a half-century.
