It's not a real lease unless the TITLE is in your name.
Just like leasing a car at dealer.

You are merely "renting" the truck from them.

"RENTAL" payment is low and miles are good.
I average 3500, and bank $1000+ a week after expenses.

    Forget the "buyout".
Save and use the lease to learn the ropes.
Then buy a truck from Arrow or somewhere and lease it back on.
Truck note will be less than your lease payment.

So the is no obligation to pay the ball on or buy it out. The basic gauges the school trucks have are a far cry from what I consider basic. They are down right nonexistant. Plus I REALLY don't like the fact that there is no suspention dump on them. That option really comes in handy. Otherwise these near 600k trucks at the school are in very good shape, if somewhat spartan.

Beware of FFE'S Drive to Own. A 2012 used truck will cost you $707.00 a week for 3 ½ years with a balloon payment of $45.000 your total cost for a used truck with over 200.000 miles, plus any hidden problems which is not covered in the manufacture warranty not including the miles that will be on the truck at the end of your lease. Your total cost for a used truck will be a grand total of $155.292 Good luck if you choose FFE'S Drive to Own Program.

Mattress Monkey, Pigsooie posted the approximate cost for anyone to engage in FFE'S Drive To Own Program. Why do you question Pigsooie when he was a former Owner Operator? What Pigsooie says about the lease program with FFE is the truth because I was there with him when he questioned the recruiter about it. Your profile Mattress Monkey, says that you have 22 years of experience in the trucking industry, and you have only been with FFE for a short time, and you have no real knowledge of FFE'S Drive To Own Program. The question I have for you is, would you right now sign on to the lease program with FFE.
