Dealing with IDIOT 4 wheelers

its maintaining the flow of traffic, if all of traffic is doing 50mph, then thats a different scenario

but if you are impeding the flow of traffic, MOVE OUT THE WAY

thats all, not too hard to grasp (or maybe it is)

 

Wasn't directed at anyone in particular. Though, when a guys says there was lots of traffic and he was averaging 62-58, I figure there's a good chance that means he was going with the flow.

All I know is that if you're constantly getting frustrated or upset about how other people drive you're going about things the wrong way. The old courage, serenity, intelligence thing.

 

No I'm from the Great state of Texas. I drive safe. If you had any clue you would know. Its 4 lanes through here and not 3. Left lane is restricted for trucks. Speed limit is 65 the flow of traffic was probably going 75 or so. So I sit back and cringe at all the close calls of the idiots. In a hurry to get no where. Took my time and still have 7 minutes left on my E logs when I got to receiver. Yep Heading out of Houston and I'm going to do the same thing. Not drive in the right lane. Wisdom come with age. Maybe one day you boys will get some. Until then. I'll see you passing me on the right or the left. I'm cruising enjoying my job. Have fun folks.

 

Threads always have to be turned into an argument... good job you basically contributed nothing to the discussion but ignorance... are you really mad because someone drives slow in the middle lane... I mean really this contributes to your stress..

Of all the things that happen out there this is what you are complaining about...

OH wow... I was held up for about 30 seconds that guy is an idiot driver... really is that what you think...

Would like to know what trainer taught you that... I want a trainer to explain that he told you that if I guy was going slow 62 mph in the middle lane he is an idiot for holding you up... please explain...

As if you getting to your destination was of the utmost importance... more then everyone else on the road...

There is nothing greater then just seeing a driver going about their business... consistent driving... stop fluctuating your speeds... you are part of the problem!!!

Do not let a 4 wheeler begin to target you... because thats what they do... you become a target that they will at all costs have to be in front of... think for a sec how problematic it is for a 4 wheeler to get passed by a truck... all they want is to be in front of you...LET THEM GO!!!

I am no better than any other driver... but I have learned to just accept that others are faster and who really cares about speed as long as I get to my destination safe!!!

As drivers we really need to stop blaming each other because that is the problem... Just drive... get your next load and go... it is that simple...

Constant lane changes are dangerous...the ones who always complain about the ones who try to be safe and use some common sense are usually the one who are tailgating, cutting vehicles off & speeding...

drivers who complain and say safe drivers are lazy and completely out of touch with reality.

 

you dont have to change lanes
stay in the right lane, you see a car coming on, just SLOW DOWN, thats all
