Some people like old brick just are not able to drive at night.. So, not a good ideal for them..
Another downfall also could be construction at night and lane closers...
This also could lead to delay times (anybody been in south florida or around Austin Texas or west of Albuquerque nm knows what I mean)
I prefer night driving myself and work with my dispatcher to make it happen for me..
a few other negatives is not getting to see the scenery or getting to look down at the hot girls going by lol
SOL?
They don't have their ages listed so I can't go on that.. Do people really not know the meaning of SOL anymore?
My father always said when I can't do something like go out that night, "well I guess you are SOL" and then laughed as he walked away
Guess it was a military acronym thing with with him... He had one for every thing...
Why you should drive at night (helps HOS too)

i drive at night whenever i can.less traffic, more peaceful, air is denser, truck will run cooler, pull better, less eye strain, air smells fresher
and, more of the ports will be closed.........
lastly- i worked on commission, i was the only one working at night. i made, on average, twice as much as any of the day drivers. -
i try to drive during the day light hours. i have issues with trying to stay awake during the witching hours. plus in winter the roads are more dangerous and with all the hunters in the woods now deer seem to pop out of now where.
