Qualcomm issues...need input

My Qualcomm has been clicking through the loudspeaker for the last hour and a half. It also will not turn on. This has happened in the past, rarely, but finished doing so within a couple minutes. Any ideas or experience on that?
I'm on hold with my terminal.....which is asinine anytime after 5pm Mon-Fri. I've been on hold for hours before. Hoping any responses here will be more timely.

Fixed!!!! I pulled the power cord and waited a minute before plugging it back in. The clicking stopped and the QC loaded up fine. Remember this, in case it should happen to you.
