They will most likely put you with Allen Freight after you graduate. Don't worry though, they are owned by PAM and you'll still get your $1000 bonus. My cousin went through Driver Solutions in Indianapolis Indiana and like I already mentioned now drives for Decker, another division of PAM.

As for Driver Solutions, my cousin loved it, but that was the Indianapolis camps. Where are they sending you? I think they also have schools in AR, MO and I think TX.

Im in school now and I live in Pensacola. I hope I have more luck finding something. Any suggestions would be a great help. I have offers from TMC and Werner, but who doesnt!

 

When I get my CDL, I think I will go with MCClane foodservice via Kissime FL. I wish Old Dominon hired in central florida. Swift has a terminal in Ocala and Werner has one in Lakeland that includes a driving school. Grayson Mitchel hires experience drivers only. Stan Koch and Sons has a terminal for the Best Buy contract in Davenport. CCC has several terminals in Florida.

Hey Hank and welcome, i see that was your first post. i start orientation on Jan 7, in pensacola for my start into the industry.

i had been searching for 5 weeks it seemed to locate someone to start with and i was heeding everyone's advice not to go with werner or swift as well but it's true where in FL. CAN a guy get a start.

 

Who are you statring with. Im thinking about TMC. I ve heard both good and bad about TMC. Ive also heard both good and bad about Werner. We were on the road practicing today and met a Werner driver from Pcola who runs the Office Max dedicated route and he loves it. He is also a trainer. He is home EVERY weekend.

 

I start with May, yeah MTC & MAVERICK get some good praises on here, but i am too south for most. dont know about you.

 

How about Montana?

 

You might check out W/S or Davis in Mt. I am sure there are other outfits as well you might find with a little detective work.
