Will they take me?

I'm 43 years old, and I have 10 years experience in various operations. Tanker, reefer, lowboy and others.

My experience is old. I haven't driven OTR since 1999.

I lost my CDL-A this year due to an expired medical card, so I'm starting from scratch. I am however, in probably the best condition I've ever been in (thanks, construction.)

I'm interested in the flatbed division, either regional or 7/3 - 7/4. I live 13 miles from I-70, in Missouri.

Tell me, folks. What are my odds?

RDTC is a given. My experience is too old, and I have to get the A back anyway. I'm good with that.

 

Thanks, Bayle. I've been talking with my wife tonight, just to make sure of things. I was driving when we got married, and she had a less than pleasant experience with a previous company. Our kids are grown now, and she'll be able to go with me somtimes...

We're good to go and I'm going to call on Monday.

 

Well that was fast.

I filled out the app and took the survey on Saturday. Got the call from Kim today. Everything looks good and we're getting the paperwork rolling!
