I decided to go with Swift, They are the only company that showed any interest in the applications I submitted. I applied with Gordon, Interstate, Schieider, Watkins England and Swift. Nobody is interested is a retired vet, no accidents no tickets ever.

the Moyes brothers, USED to own Central Freight Lines LTL out of Waco TX. Central Freight Lines owns Central Refridgerated now, not sure if they did back then.

 

they will train you for belly dump, like robertsons ready mix or one of the other gravel companies---try it and sleep at home every night. that beats swift every time. you could rent a truck to retake your test and step right back into it like slalom skiing.
