oh boy.... you can tell im a woman.. we are loading up the car to go to school and well... the car is completely full. How do you guys do it, i mean how do you figure out what you need an dont need. I like to be comfortable and I usually bring too much stuff.. But I tell you when you need something, I usually have it. Its winter here, for example I am bringing one coat I can get dirty and one nice one. I have a box and a bag of bathroom stuff.. minor surgery???? no problem LOLOLOL. Oh well at least I will have my car there for use as a storage shed when we go on our field trip. And yes I need to quit shopping at costco.. the bottle of vitamins is HUGE!!!!!

Well, is everybody ready to go? Im almost done packing, Im gonna leave some of the tool stuff till I get ready for it. Just finished winterizing my Goldwing, not gonna have much chance to used it for a while:biggrin_2553:, and I think I have taken care of my "honey-do's" for my wife so she doesnt have to worry about thing while Im gone.

I think I read somewhere that the school has Wi-Fi, can anybody confirm or deny that?

Well we are here, got our room all set up... went out and bought a Wi-Fi usb connection thingy and well .... no signal.. odd eh??? I am using the computer in the main room and it looks like the thing is wireless...i will work on it tonight. All in all its not bad. we got put in the room right next to the head of recruiting so it shouldn't be as noisy as the one right next to the main room with the TV on. Anyway hope you all have a safe trip and we will see ya soon!!!!

Wireless is working fine. not sure what was wrong last night. Anyway, just to let you know the kitchen has dishes and whatnot. When we got here they had sheets and blankets and towels here.. we brought our own. Not sure if they are in every room or not. We are just relaxing today, Anthony has a cold and we are trying to get him over it before anyone gets here. Dont need everyone sick. :biggrin_2552:

Sounds like you guys are getting the scoop on how things work so you can help us late comers. I still dont have PM privilages so I will just have to look you guys up when I get there, probably find you in the lounge or kitchen area. BTW my name is Dale

Did you call ahead? Or just pop in? I grumble when I have to sit overnight in SFS. So I generally QC them or call with my ETA and ask if they can line something up for me. I still have to wait, as they take care of the local stuff, and long runs are generally ready by 2 am.

BUT...being the holiday, it may be difficult to cover everyone.

You have a great mom & pop burger stand to the north of you about a mile. They make a killer breakfast omelete. Cheap too :D

I feel for you though. I know SFS isn't much fun, unless you can get out and about. ;)
