This DUI is what 5 yrs old.I would'nt think you would have any problem.But I would call the company just to be on the safe side before filling any apps out.

 

Great patty, but I have one thing to add....Do all your checking before you pay anything to any school if that is the route you are going....do not take the school's word for it.

Very true.Schools are out to make money so they'll say what the people wanna hear.Not any different then trucking companies that glamour up their websites.

 

I commend that school for telling you that.Most schools won't say anything because then nobody will attend.Anyway that school could be right.I have never had a DUI.I would look at the websites or ask a recruiter to make sure.Every company has different policies.

 

There are many companies that will hire you, don't worry. Work on your endorsements, especially tanker/hazmat, TWIC because with a wife & 2 children, you need to move up the pay chain quickly. Keep us posted as you progress.
