trainer from HELL still loving it though

I wish this was a reality tv show... that is about the size of it. This guy is a real caveman and one minute he he is telling me about brawls and what a bad boy he is... like i I am supposed to be impressed and the next he is crying about how badly he is being treated and how the company forces him to train IDiots like me who don't care about anyone because I miss a sign... and I take responsibility but between it being my first day out of school in the open road...and driving at night...and keeping the trailer in the lanes. ..
But he said he is kicki ng me out and I am holding him to it and he said he had it with Prime and that I made him quit the company and I am holding him to that too... when I talk tomorrow to the dispatch manager I am going to tell him that he told me he quit several times as he whined and complained... to qualcom him his letter of resignation
There has been so much yelling and anger from his part and the truck is a hazmat bio disaster and I am going to have to throw away my clothes because the stench of stale smoke will never come off
Now I sound like him...he is somewhere gambling. .. pm me if you have anywhere suggestions or want to chat...
Trucking is cool though.

He doesnt want me in the truck and he just stays in the sleeper and when he is not he waits unyil I am in trouble an THEN he begins putting me down and telling me how Prime is so mean to him and how they force him to train idiots and how I am an idiot... and a lot worse...there is no teaching going on here...

 

Yes I was thinking same... I am not going to even say anything about the quiting either... the dispatcher probly has this guy figured out by now

 

I think safety might be an issue because he makes me so nervous with his anger fits and he does not tell me how to approach difficult situations and when I ask him he gets mad and says I am an idiot and does not answer... like we were in this six degree declines and I asked for instructions and he got really pissed off and yelled... I dont care...just dont kill me....and then when I dealt with it the best I could he went crazy on me
