Gonna need a bit more info as what you are looking for. TMC is flatbedders right? Ive started off with Schneider and am happy with em. Couldnt tell you about TMC though.

If TMC will bring you on and you don't mind a little work, go with TMC. If a newbie can do his first year at TMC and come out with an exemplary record and performance history, he/she can work practically anywhere they want to. If you run national, CT involves a lot of cheap loads of copper from AZ to CT but it probably still pays as good as or better on percentage than your initial pay scale with Schneider.

Schneider may have tanker or flatbed in your area; ask them about it. They will send you to their tanker school. Both are hands-on, but more with flatbed.

Either TMC or Schneider tanker/flatbed would be good choices.
