Becoming a driver trainer...

My company will not allow trainers to run as teams. We run based on trainers hours and are dispatched as such. We take our 10 hour breaks at the same time. In fact one of the reasons I even started training was for a captive audience. lol

Seriously though, that's a generalization you're making. Not all companies are like that. We have about 2000 trucks too, so I don't work for a small company.
