Hello!

I am a new driver, I'm in Ontario, Canada and I got my DZ license back in September of last year.
Due to rejection emails right away after completing online applications, I decided to drive a 72 capacity school bus for experience, so I have my B license now, though it's something I don't want to do...at all.
My actual plan/goal is to work in the waste/recycling field, be a route driver hopefully with Miller, WM, GFL, BFI..one of these hopefully, though Miller is #1 on my list. BUT I am a female, and have NEVER seen a female on the road ever, and am wondering if they even hire females...does anyone by chance have any info/advice on this?
