I could probably train an animal to answer those questions so does that mean they should be allowed on the road driving a truck? Sounds to me from your response alone that the officer made the right call.

Im only saying about that officer!! Not all of them just him, like i said he reply all hes questions just he didnt like my driver!

You arent searching for the right answers, you are searching for answers to back you up, which isnt happening. If you ask for an opinion, you are gonna get one. Just understand, you might not like the other persons opinion.

I have been hassled by the DOT before and both were Latino officers in the Brownsville area of Texas and I didnt call them racists because they nitpicked me, I called them rear end holes as neither one had a legit reason to put me out of service but I dealt with it. I have also had a couple of small issues in louisiana. Your best defense is to not whine and cry that the officer was racists but maybe look into the reason that they would think your driver is unfit to drive. In this case, your driver didnt satisfy the english reading as the officer would have administered the sign test to your driver after speaking to him and wondering if he was proficient (I know, big word for you) enough in the english language for him to be able to drive down the road safely, as in not a hazard to others and hisself. Obviously your driver failed that part. Now as to what more does the DOT need to know then you are responding the wrong way to a guy with a gun and badge. You get more flies with honey than vinegar.Logan76 and Leftlane101 Thank this.
