I am pretty sure I am the only person in the world that enjoyed my time at England. I started at Stevens Transport where I got my CDL in 2010 with Corporal Clegg (member on here). I ended up not finishing the training because the doctor put me on medical stop for a ######## reason. I left. I ended up going to England June of 2011 and drove for them about a year before I got sick and couldn't drive anymore. I was on a dedicated account running from Bradford PA to Big Island VA. I was making .34cpm. I did an average of 2 runs per week and was off most weekends. I then decided I wanted something more and ended up on the Kraft Dedicated account. Again I was making .34 cpm. I had a good relationship with my DM and he never yelled or anything when stuff went wrong. He always had my back. I drove a Blue Freightliner Cascadia (58776) and it was fully loaded. Even had Sirius XM installed and WORKING!!! I never said anything about that lol. Anyways if I could go back to driving I would go back to England. Most people on here probably will bad mouth me for saying that but it is true. They worked for me. Stevens did not.

I was a company driver. I would not lease from England, but I would be more than happy to drive again as a company man.

Glad you enjoyed your time there. How the heck did you live on a gross of $540/wk on the PA/VA run?

I was off most weekends and home. So it was worth it, but I got sick of running PA/VA I went to Kraft Dedicated. I was essentially 48 state OTR at that point. Being single also helped, and not having to pay rent ( I couch surfed on hometime ) made it an ok deal. I ended up running team my last few months at England and thouroughly enjoyed it. My co-driver also was ex Stevens so we were a good match.

I also enjoy working for them. GP Dedicated account, .38 cents a mile, all the miles I can drive.

Dedicated is alot different then OTR.At least you knew what you would be making every week, the routes, where you're going ect.Think the majority that hate CRENGLAND were otr drivers.
