Who put the injectors in?? Direct replacements or upgraded? How much smoke?? Did installer put in the trim new trim codes on top of the new injectors?? If not one or more could be dumping a little more fuel than the old one did with the proper trim code. All of ours have a little puff at cold startup no big deal.

antrim put the injectors in they are delphi they all have a trim # of 1200 so im forced to run the same # on all injectors since cat ecm wont take a 1200 trim its a puff of black smoke clears right up was just wondering if i may have had another problem
-
It is normal for a little puff of black at start up.

You have a dirty ##### driver
-
ok ill go with the normal just had me alittle worried tired of puttin injectors in the thing

If it was me, just saying, with NEW injector's should have the trim's put in the ECM. You will notice a difference, especially if your running a stronger file. I notice a BIG difference when I did it to my engine. It had the 1200 default on all six BEFORE. Now with the trim's of the injector's, it idle's and run's smoother and it has that CAT knock(sound) to it.

How is your power and fuel economy?
-
power is fine fuel milage is little better runs very smooth im not sure every body understands that the injectors do not have trim # they all have a trim of 1200 this is what the guy at ipd told me ( The Cat trim system can not be deciphered. Most EUI systems utilized a default trim code. IPD utilizes CAT defined default code since our injectors are held to a tighter specification.)
C15 Default trim code is 1100, 5232 more fuel, 6999 for max HP -
