Where is everyone?

I got to Pratt, KS about noon. Called the crane yard to see if I could get in today to load up and aparently it is a storage yard for them and the guys just showed up this morning and had to spend 3 hours clearing out snow. So all the guys loading today were still waiting, so i have to wait for my 7:30am appt tomorrow. Grabbed a room at the Holiday Inn Express and going to relax till morning.

They want me to load at 7:30am and be in 630 miles away by 9am..... looks like I will running like Cluck for a day, with my foot to the floor, non-stop trucking

Something I hope not to see between New Jersey and Nogales.

 

You should have clear sailing, I've been watching the weather closely and all looks good out this way for a few more days.

 

Where is this New Jersey located?

Here was what I had 11 hours solid of last week, could not have exited off the highway if I wanted to do it.

Good, I hate when my pretty yellow tarps turn white and stiff.

 

Hauled one load today then washed the truck. I wasn't sure if it was going to be but the black paint was still under all the grime.

I'll spend most of the day tomorrow plowing snow to get to a farmers bin site. 8 loads to haul for March and road restrictions could go on soon so we figured we better get at it.

They just bought a brand new JD loader tractor so i'm not complaining about the snow plowing.

 

Oak Creek, Wi at the hotel. My "Can you do me a favor" turned into "Can you do me TWO favors?". Brought a load down, will take one back up tomorrow and now instead of hauling one 60k silo to South Dakota we are going to haul two. All I heard was CHA-CHING!!!!!!
