    why would you buy a regular cobra 29 when you can get a galaxy dx 959 that are way better radios. Just sayin

    Yea true I don't really like ssb I just like galaxy radios. I own a cobra 29 lx all done up wit mitsubishi final and rfx 150 #### is bad ###

    The Galaxy looks more impressive and may even perform more impressive, but for quality it is hard to beat a Cobra. I'm not convinced the statement "Galaxy is better than Cobra" is accurate. In fact, I've got a little Cobra 25, slightly modified, I'd put up against DX 959 Galaxy CB. The 959 is a legal CB right????? What is with the "DX" label????? (I also own 3 Galaxy export radios so I'm not bashing Galaxy, just sayin.........
