Hi, i'm in need of some assistance. I`m in process of registering my truck but the state wants my mil from june 2011 to july 2012, the thing is people who are working on my ifta do not keep records once they file, which i did Not know:-( Now i do keep my routes (pick up and delivery locations) my question is, is there software/web service where i can enter my origin and destination which will show me mil per state, thx

Your IFTA filings will have those miles on them. But if you where leased to a carrier they may not break the miles out by driver and just lump them together.

Im pretty sure they have to break them down by unit number and report miles in each state by each truck .

Nope, when we had our lease op, all miles are lumped into one field on the reporting, along with the gallons.

You could use the trip sheets if the company still has those, plug them into a spread sheet and get the total for the year.

    RickG Thanks this.
