Lisa Furtney, the owner of this company our of Cleveland, TN, refused to give dispatch information on a Friday evening for a load that was to PU Monday morning until Monday morning. Her reason is that truck drivers are not reliable and if she gives that information and the driver doesn't show up then she is stuck. Huh?!?

Yes, driver canceled the load and she is stuck with the load at 4:55 on a Friday evening. That is if she even had the load and wasn't double brokering it.

She probably wants to shop it. If it's even hers.

Allen Lund, Trans Dynamics are two others that come to mind that will not give PU numbers and other related info until right before PU. I think they are worried that the truck may broker it out if they have enough time.
