now that most of terminology has been put out,let me add some essentials,hard hat,gloves,safety vest,and above all comfortable steel toe boots are a must.I almost lost 2 of my toes 4 months ago because i got to comfortable with a simple part of my job that ive done hundreds of times without incident,it only takes once,and has cost me the last 4 months off.

What happened?

dropped a 12x12x 3ft oak block off my RGN wearing my leather loafer shoes,bad move,my big toe will never be the same again have a toe nail may take another year to heal,hopefully i will get my return to work release this week.so like I said,never get over comfortable.
