does anybody know how many terminals Carolina Cargo has? is the one in South Carolina the only one? And can anyone walk me thru the orientation process? Ive heard all the negative stuff and have weighed all my options and due to my personal circumstances this is the only one that has given me a shot.:biggrin_2551:

Trying not to be a butt head but why not call and ask them..... While you are talking with them, you might want to ask how much you are going to make...

ive been told that its roughly 700 to 800 bucks a week, and something like a split of 21 cents a mile or something. Ive had a real issue getting people on the phone during the week over there. Let alone on a sunday. and i start orientation tuesday either way.

thats about it. Im gonna make (slightly) more money than im making at Outback. And gather as much experience as i possibly can. Ive been to prison twice for being a complete idiot when was younger and thats what has me in this situation. Ive been told that im not unhirable but i gotta get some experience on me and time "away" from my latest felony.(06). But being that ive been to prison i think i can deal with almost anything, especially if that means providing for my newborn twins and wife

Congratulations! I've been following your posts and I have similar circumstances. I was hoping someone would give you a shot. I might try Carolina Cargo myself.

You will do fine, Bubba. Perspective & priorities change when you have a wife & children to care for. They are always #1 and we make whatever sacrifices are necessary to care for them. I had a wife & 4 children at home and had to run coast-to-coast hard to take care of them. Sometimes it's not pleasant, or the company is not the most desirable, but that's what it takes & we as men just do it anyway.
