Well that don't sound to bad, Being in a fenced in area sure does rest my fears somewhat. The thing with driving in the high traffic times is that nobody up the will give a trucker a inch to move over when needed. They are rushing like a bunch of rats within such small streets. I have driven thru NYC headed to Conn. Its real crazy there. I can only imagine what it's like downtown. I hope it's a uncomplicated route.
Blood pressure meds are helping. Go back next week. I bought a monitor to keep track to take to dr's when I go back.
Whats the agility test like. Only wondering because they say a driver has to lift 50 lbs 48" I'm just 5'. LOL. I heard someone say that they may lower it for shorter people??
Thanks for answering these dark questions for me. I just hope I can get thru all this stuff ok.
I hope you don't mind, You are the only person I know that can help me with these questions.
    Stay Safe.

Glad to here the Meds are helping. The agility test is pretty simple and basic. They put some weights in a milk crate and you have to set it on a shelf a couple of times. You climb a small ladder to simulate climbing in and out of the cab and trailer. You simulate rolling landing gear up and down. Enjoy your weekend.

We went to Pella in Iowa and picked up a 4 Stop load. The first stop was in Ohio and then we dropped the trailer in Wytheville and grabbed a load that went up to Wisconsin. Delivered that yesterday morning and bounced 120 miles North in Wisconsin and grabbed a load going to Tarboro, NC but were dropping it in Wytheville this afternoon and will either get something out of there or bounce back down to Richmond.
Coming through Indiana the other morning Shawn got to experience black ice for the first time. For about 20 miles just South of Chicago we drove on a sheet of ice that had refrozen from the previous day under a light dusting of snow. Trucks and cars wrecked everywhere. He got some invaluable experience and he continue to handle the different situations he faces beyond my expectations. We did have to get the drivers seat reupholstered after he sucked most of the seat up his butt after the ride. Be safe and have a productive day.

Texas! Thats a good run I used to run Texas alot. I really like going there. I would do the big loop 1st stop in New Orlenes, Houston and then Dallas to empty out. From there went to Winnsboro Tx to pick up butter at Kellers. Good running. Be safe

Stopped in little Rock and had breakfast this morning with an old friend from my days at Keen Transport. It was good spending about an hour catching up on things. We have about 1700 miles to go to get out to California. Gonna try and knock out 1000 today and then have a fairly easy day tomorrow. The weather looks good across 40 so no issues there.
