How do you guys feel about the new rule, and has it or will it have an impact on your pay?

No matter what rule is it,it's not going to affect my pay any worse then now.If you mean that half hr brk rule as much downtime drivers have, just log your brk while sitting waiting for lds.

New rule of 1/2 hour in my day won't make any change in either my day or pay. The way Roehl plans loads there is time to take the break even now before it takes effect. I take 1/2 hr for a break between noon and 2 just to grab a sandwich and get out of the truck and stretch a bit. Having a bit of a break while driving and getting a bit of nourishment just makes the rest of the day go better.

Line 1 if you are out of the truck sitting and having a meal. Line 2 if you are in the sleeper grabbing your meal out of the cooler/refrig

July 1st. And the one that is the pain is the two 1am to 5am periods needed to make it a legal 34 hr reset. So best to try and start between 1900 and 0100, otherwise take a couple days off
