Thanks for the advice , i spoke with one of their recruiters the other day ,i asked a few questions and she mentioned that i would be expected to make 40K the first year

 

To get a local job at TMC you have to be here a couple years and also live in the right areas.
Where do you live?

 

I see some TMC day cabs parked at a steel yard off 169 in the twin cities. They usually have conestogas behind them.

 

Yep, I cant remember the place they run out of but there is a few up there.

 

If money is your main concern go with schnider for your newbie job. They pay the most to newbs and ive heard good things about them. After a year clean driving you have more options, and after 2-3 you can go anywhere you want

if you run local for tmc it depends on what account your on as what your pay would be. Owens corning outta kearny nj payed me $75 per load plus .34cmp. Outta the chicago area owens it was .28cpm. Lowes outta westfield mass payed %. One account out in ia payed by the hour. However coming in outta school you will do linehaul first.
