I am thinking about coming to work for FRE now that Michelle Terrell is gone.
Do you all haul quite a bit of broker freight. I am hearing that your sales people are not that good and your customer freight
is scarce. Can you guys give the straight scoop.

Ya, are sales person needs to kick it up. We do a bit if broker loads. Not sure if how much but I think it is over 15% taken a guess. Not sure if they are think of getting more sales reps but I wouldn't put it pass them on thinking about it.

Just got off of the phone with Don. I will be flying up to Denver on Sunday. He said my group will be 5 or 6 people thanks to the recent firing of non motivated drivers. Lets hope that we are all
team member oriented and not steering wheel holders.... -

I'm in Des Moines. Delivering beer in the am. Supposed to dh to davenport to pickup and take that to grand island.
As far as shocks, they should be replaced at 100k miles, 150k max. Same thing with air ride trailers with shocks. That is part of the issue with odd wear on trailer tires. Also Mark told me that when we go to TA for trailer tires, should be putting on used or recaps before new. It was news to me as I was told originally just to call Bridgestone and put on new tires. -
Yeah , pays 200 bucks for a Tire that's 90% worn out!
