I took a similar test for Roehl last month, except they called it a 'survey'. It was very bizarre, as you say, each question had 2 correct answers. Since I thought it was just a survey, not too important, I was answering without putting too much thought into it.
I must have passed since they gave me a 'pre-hire'.
BTW, I just met a big shot recruiter at Schneider. He is in charge of all the hiring from VA up to Ontario. I'll see him again in a few weeks. I'll be sure to ask about this test before going any further. -

The policies they are laying down are killing the drivers. They can't idle to keep cool in the summer, or warm in the winter. I don't know about anyone else but the batteries in my truck only lasted about 3 hours. I didn't use heater on high either. I found me a job where I'm home at the end of my shift. I don't have to worry about freezing anymore.
