hershey NE for the night wee bit windy out here 8 foot drop tarps dont work to well on a 10 ft tall load GE signed off on it knowing will get wet and salty on the bol unfortunately i didnt count on the 40mph sustained wind factor going through nebraska... can u say PITA. it looks like im pulling a fully inflated blimp down the road. customer doesnt want straps over the load so my poor bungies and D rings are getting a workout tarp seems to be holding together for the most part but i still have 655 miles to go. just running her like an oversize nice and easy stopping at sunset and moving during the day so i can keep a close eye on it photo(2).jpg

Why do you have that front flap tucked under and not over on the front?

I would reverse the front flap as already said, then get some bungees or rope and tie it down to the rub rails really tight. See if that helps.
You could then also bring the rope/bungees back along the side of the load, further helping the cause of it not ballooning out.

Yeah no problem, thats what we are here for. Helping eachother out! Put that flap over and it wont let air in through the front which should keep it from ballooning out as much. Looks like a PITA either way though with the tarps not reaching the deck lol. Id be in the same situation as you if I was pulling anything taller then 8ft on a step.

I enjoy doing equipment also. Probably my favorite stuff. Drive it on, chain it down, drive away!
