    What if somebody jacknifed thier trailer too much to squeeze out of a nap trap and bent the fairing/wind skirt that is attached to the aft of the cab/sleeper?This was already damaged before when they first got the truck,and was circled on the pick-up inspection form.Now it is slightly more damaged.Nothing real major,it is just bent now.

    your company should have thought about the wheel base before bought the the truck. and if they knew that could happen should have told you about the problem. that being said is also your job to watch for things like that. if there was prior damage maybe they wont notice it. they would be hard pressed to make a big deal out of something that was already damaged.

    No matter the wheel base you can make contact if you get out of wack far enough.

    No damages to.anything other than your truck. I'd say shut your mouth. Sure, if you want to man up about it, go ahead. However the company will probably hit you with a preventable for something so petty. Now your DAC is trashed over something very simple.

    I got caught in the blizzard and was trapped in the fuel bay because trucks in front of me were stuck.I had to jacknife the trailer to get out and slid on the ice.I could have just stayed put till they salted the area but it was just getting worse and I had a window to get out and drive out of the storm.
