I told him to look into them more and see if they would take him after a refresher course. No 1 year contract that way!

Got at least one more load of corn to haul maybe two.

With all the thawing and freezing going on its getting really hard to move around driveways and bin sites. I shuffled around like an old man and managed to not fall on my arse at all today.

Home for awhile then off to my dark house spearing meeting at 7.

Replaced some orings on my steering gear, hard wired my gps and spent about two hours digging my froze to the ground flatbed out of a snow bank today.

Changing some tires, changing hub fluid and greasing the flat tomorrow.

I'm treasurer of our local chapter of the MN Darkhouse Angling Assoc.

Dark house spearing is where you cut a big hole in the ice (mine is 30"x48") and put a fish house over it. You use hand carved decoys and large sucker minnow to attract northern pike. You spear them for dinner when they show up.

Come on up next winter and i'll take you out.
