What will Schneider do to him? Do you get fired for doing something like this? Just curios, I don't know.

Man, that hole has been there a long time.....although it's city property, SNI would probably save a pile of money if they filled it full of gravel.

Depends, lots of drivers have hit that hole. That street is pitch black and that hole is hard to see in the daytime. If this is his first incident they might not fire him, his dbl will have a lot of sway in whether he gets fired or not. He was an older guy, probably in his sixties. He made no excuses.

IDK, looks to me in the pictures like an IC truck. Doesn't have the rear skirts on it.

When I went to school if I wasn't constantly watching my mirrors my trainer always used to ask me where my trailer was as we were driving. Get's annoying after a while as just because he doesn't see me looking doesn't mean I'm not checking up on whats back there. Well one time my answer was "it's there, dog-tracking 6 feet or so but it's not that bad", he never asked me again :).

I think the thing with most people is they become complacent and know how to set up to clear a corner so they don't bother keeping an eye on their follow though, but all it takes is one time to really screw up. Especially unlit intersections at night where even if you look all you see is black.
