Anybody know anything about these Comfort Pro APUs?
The Inverter is off can't seem to figure out how to turn it on, as well as the AC Fan or Heat won't do anything either? -
What are you wanting/needing to know about the ClimaCab?
-
Go throu the menu and turn off all the auto run stuff. Then push the APU on/off button to start the APU. Then click either ac or heat. Which ever you need. Fan run low on heat as running it on high will turn off the 120 plugs.Balakov100 Thanks this.

Thanks Balakov, I have never seen one of these before and was trying to figure out if it is electric or diesel powered? There is an exhaust flex pipe coming out of the back of the body. Or does it have an Espar type heater? Mike is trying to locate a book for it, and I will probably end up having to locate something on line. I couldnt find any type of inverter either, does yours have one?
Thanks again! -
The Exhaust is for the Webasto...pretty sure it's pretty much the same as an Espar Heater.
It is powered by Batteries look for the Box on the Passenger Side that says ClimaCab on it, it has 3 or 4 Batteries in it.
I was in 306.
It does not have an Inverter, or any outlets too hook anything up to it. It is only for Heat/Air/Fan, it does have an option to Discharge batteries and re-charge the Truck batteries.
Thanks did all that still no power and the Lightning Bolt (Outlet) has a line through it and says off.
It will Run but pressing either Heat Fan or A/C does nothing.
Guess I'll need to get it looked at.Last edited: Mar 13, 2013

Thanks very much Balakov for the info!
Balakov100 Thanks this. -
Is there a breaker for them? The dynasys has switches under the bunk to disable the hvac and fan system.Balakov100 Thanks this.

I'm picking up at AB in Fort Collins right now. Only 300 lbs over gross. Getting it reworked now. Supposed to deliver in to council bluffs in the morning. I picked up one of the used prime trailers here. They seem to be about 600-800 lbs lighter than the one I just dropped. After I empty out tomorrow I'm supposed to be going home. Home time from 03/14 - 03/19. Like Daniel said, Greg isn't a bad guy, but he's not one for small talk.
Bumper Thanks this. -
I don't think the carriers has a breaker. I think balakov needs to have it look at. Would be nice if they did leave a book in the trucks on these APU's. I ended up looking the carrier online to read up on it.Balakov100 Thanks this.
