Portage, WI rest area for the night. Had a diesel bear follow me into the rest area and now he's parked behind my truck. I waited 10 min but he never came up to the door so I walked back there and he said he was waiting for another trooper to meet him. I told him he had me worried I was doing something wrong and he said "oh I'm sure you are but it's the night shift" and laughed lol

 

We used to kill a boot bottle of Jack at the driving range then go get our carts and play 18. By #4 were could barely walk let alone drive the cart..... Ahhh, to be young and stupid again without a care in the world !!!

 

Just Jump in the hammer lane until you get to the old black top then your good. I do it and have had troopers pass on the right and wave. Now if i see a big truck coming up behind me i will move over let them pass then back to the hammer lane i go.

I talked to a LS BCO tonight and lwts say he said all of you LS BCOs are full of it when it comes to what you are grossing a mile! I laughed and said ok your right. He pulls a van and claims he has a 53' step behind another truck with a driver in it and he owns a 5 axle RGN? Just pulls a company van instead of it.... I dont think he's truthful.

 

I'm still trying to figure out where this.BCO I met tonight has his head at?!?!?!? He must not look for the best loads, only what he makes makes a profit on. IE. 03CPM!

 

Anytime, was nice to run into you. Sitting empty in Big Spring, Tx hoping for a good load.
