Sittin in Jacksonville, Fl. Dropping my trailer in the morning at Budweiser then bobtailing to Macon, Ga after that!

 

In Irwindale loaded and ready to roll in la manana. Today I was extremely happy that I drive a truck with an automatic. The 210 was messed up big time late this afternoon.

 

can you take the truck home on hometime with may? I will have 1 year OTR in may and am curious what the starting pay would be

 

I think it's 35 cpm for one year. They frown on taking truck home unless you get it cleared.

 

the closest drop yard to me i guess would be woodland so that might not be too bad but im looking for a place i could take the truck home but not a deal breaker

 

yeah i was thinking about it but decided against it. thinking more along the lines of styaing company driver for awhile instead of leasing to them but im kinda tired of flatbedding and may runs alot of I-5 so im thinking they might workout. especially if it is .35 to start with a year OTR thats more than i make flatbedding

You would be sorely disappointed with May trying to run the I-5 as a company driver.
