Where is everyone?

Well made it to Mt. Eagle. Will be a long hard ride Tomorrow. If to the port in avannah by 5:30 I can unld. this bad boy.
Then to find a ld. to Okc. Got a ld. there Thurs now. Was to be on the 25th, but they moved it up on us. Yea ha.

A driver once told me he would pick a major carrier that had lots of operating centers across the nation, then he would just book loads within 20 miles of those centers...ej Schneider, Swift, Knight, Bulkomatic, etc.; if runs were good at the end of a quarter, he'd stay within those areas, if not - then pick a different carrier for the next quarter......guess depends on what you'r hauling.....

 

Well we walked down to the Chineese place.. Food was ok..
Funny thing was we walked past the closed "SPA" Wife asks me did you ever go there when it was open? No dear...

conroe TX at a loves.... delivered some slinkys in houston today and headed up to olney, TX to pick up some bleachers headed to bakersfield, CA. pick up friday only have a few hours to run tomorrow once i pick up and they want it delivered by 8 am monday morning. somehow i dont see that happening

 

Slept in my truck last night...first time since before Thanksgiving ... I forgot how comfortable that mattress I spent all that money on was...maybe I will stay out more often

 

I need a new mattress badly

 

I could use a new one too. Mine is to hard for my liking.

 

mine blows thinking time for a new one anyone have any recommendations?
