    I feel for you. It does hurt when a good plan doesn't work out like it should. But I sure can't see keeping this truck. If you have the finances to come up with the 51000 payoff, you can buy an 08 Pete for that. In this paper I just looked at there are several 09's for less than 60 thousand. And I seen an 05 Pete for 36,000. Just some numbers to think on. Good luck.
