    I'm not so sure about that....considering he was in a commercial vehicle at the time.

    (Might sound like im defending/minimizing DUI's in 4 wheelers, but im not. But at the same time- it would be a gross understatement to say that a CDL holder driving while impaired in a 4 wheeler, and a CDL holder driving a CMV while impaired is exactly the same also.)

    Plus it doesnt matter what we think on the matter anyway... the guy will have his CDL back in 18 months............. Now him getting hired again (after a dui IN A CMV)................................hmmmmm i dunno if we have to worry about seeing him on the road for ATLEAST 5-7 years(?)

    He'll post on here shortly how his company sucks,the police and court system are picking on him,he's gotten away with it for 10 years because he's such a good driver..............who will hire me even though it wasn't my fault ??...........stay tuned folks.
