Read the posts. Btw, you must be quite the super trucker to be age 32 and have 39 years experience.

Thanks. I will say this.........in any business......it is not easy to start one and I personally have a lot of respect for all of those before and after me. Whether they succeeded or failed, they tried.

I do not, however, consider myself defending the company. It is what it is and in time, we will either excel or flounder. What I am defending is the truth. I simply loath the alternative.

This is why we ask questions......

Google showed Texas and Nevada which is why I asked to make sure it is the same company.

As far as the experience, its like that to show ANYONE can claim ANYTHING on a Internet Forum. The only thing that maters is the INFO a person may say, not a made up number by their made up name.

    Thank you!

And why would you be a nevada LLC , with the office in texas ? Is this a "cost cutter mesure"?

I believe so...I think it has something to do with taxes if I'm not mistaken..

There is not franchise or income tax in Nevada. My home base is in Texas. Since we run nationally, we do not need to register to do business and pay any other state income taxes. When we hire from non income tax states, like Texas, we do not have to withhold state income taxes for our drivers, making it just a little better for them.
