You know what I think this is? A scam. Somebody posts an incoherent message about them being bad and all the sudden the same day they're already on here. Sure. I believe ya

I actually saw a blackjack truck driving diagonally across the parking lot of a truck stop weaving around trucks and not using the isles that were there for that purpose .

So,why exactly was Julian asked to leave?Of course ppl can't get fired and you exspect the ppl to be ok with it and leave with dignity can you?How long have you had this planned to fire Julian?Of course he was mad, what's he suppose to do for money. Why did'nt you give him some kind of a notice of his termination like you want the employees to do if they quit? You like every other employer says drivers are the most important aspect, backbone of our company ect ect to save your companies reputation but when it comes right down to it,companies that do the saving their good name is just the opposite of what they lead the public to believe..I would like to hear more from Julian.

What happened with this guy is that he hired me on to help him start up his new company and I did my job by taking care of connecting him with a person to supply him with steady work, get his drivers out to work, organize the business and manage it from my own home so he could go back home to Texas. He wanted me to basically maintain it for him after I helped him start it up. His only real part was to take care of the financial part and provide the capital backing. He had trouble doing that from the moment I met him. Even though he was a green horn in this business when we met, I gave him a chance and time to get his affairs in order. I worked for him for a few weeks. I waited for payday to come and I hoped he would come thru with his promise of an on time payday for me and the drivers. Payday came and went and I called him up asking for my paycheck and the paycheck of the drivers who hadn't gotten paid yet. I got pissed off at the excuses and reasons he gave me and I got down and nasty with him over the phone. I let my frustrations out on him and let him know how I felt. I had put my personal financial needs on the shelf to help this poor guy with his endeavor to start a trucking company in my neck of the woods NYC. I trusted him and gave alot of my time and efforts and in the end I got nothing from him but tales from drivers not being happy with him and disfunction from day one. I believed in giving him a helping hand being the fish out of water he was here in NYC. What I posted was the truth and I was sticking up for myself and the drivers that were entrusted to me to look out for while I was his operations supervisor. I believe in what is right and slight no one. I called him out and I got nasty and he didn't like it. That's what happened. I don't care who chooses to believe me but I feel compelled to address this post personally to my fellow road warriors on here. Every story has two sides and everyone can draw their own conclusions. I feel everyone has the right to know about my personal experience with this company and it's owner. We all like to have a peek at any place we may consider our future employer before we commit. To know what good and bad they may or may not have hidden. So hence my posting this on here so everyone has a good view of what they may or may not find with this company. I am a real person and not some disgruntled ex-employee getting even or taking out their frustrations online. I am a real driver who is just telling it like it is at the expense of anything just as long as the truth is told. To this day..... he still has not paid me my paycheck. I am not surprised. Whatever though...... I am beyond him and his company now. Take it for what it is everyone........ draw your own conclusions and feel free to post on here whatever you want...... just be honest. Thanks y'all and keep them wheels turning.

ya and he just could'nt take the truth you gave him and no excuse.Instead he takes the easy way out and fires you. What was his excuses for not paying you?How many drivers got stiffed by this guy?I read all his posts and not one word him taking responsibility for his actions.Typical.Instead he says he fired you and and pretty much gave the reasoning because you were'nt qualified.I knew there was much more to this story when what hes trying to get the public to believe.

I can only say that if this guy had been ½ of what he claims, he would still be working with us and would not have caused so much rift in our company that there was absolutely no option but to fire him. Hiring him was a mistake, firing him was a responsibility. I wish him well in his future endeavors and sincerely hope, that though he continues his effort to publicly exonerate himself, he accepts that failure in one job does not constitute a failure in life. He is young enough to learn from his mistakes and do better.

It is unfortunate that he could not learn to manage in the time frame that was required. Others have filled his position and do well with it.
