2nd this week...

 

I wouldnt mind it as much with a tank or a reefer or van but i dont like it with a flatbed simply cause i cant see what anything on the trailer is doing. i dont like that aspect of it. also getting really tired of having small hours coming back on certain days and getting booked on a tight load its driving me nuts. I dont mean to rant but come on!! Idk if its just me or what but im getting really pissed off at having to always get up in the middle of the night to make a delivery.

 

Sounds like it's time to call dispatch and ask for a change of shift, or a restart. Sure you'll have some short term loss, but at least you won't be pissed anymore.

Wytheville VA at the hook. Shutting it down earlier. Headsup to all, there is a rock slide on I-77 Northbound at the 3mm in WV. Just after the second tunnel. Picked up a 930 loader today at Martin's favorite place, Clayton NC! Headed to SD with it for what was going to be a Friday delivery. 1320 miles in a 62 MPH truck by friday! Not happening lol!

 

Headed north on 90 up to Ft. McCoy and unload at 8am, then haul butt back to Chicago to load a boom and head to Ottawa, OH. The wife is gonna ride along for that day trip.... Should be interesting. Already told her once we get in the truck it's a 4hr drive to the next restroom (at receiver) so she better not drink anything lol
