Sitting up in gary terminal waiting on a tcall load that was to be here this afternoon.. was to tcall in columbus early am and snag a load out going to texas.. lost the 2nd load cause the driver im waiting for decided to call it a early day on a 345mi run and do his 10..

Hope i can snag a load out of columbus tomorrow w/ miles to start off the week with a smile..
Have the lil woman on the truck this week, shes feeling the burn and im starting to remember why i like being solo.. lol shhh

Ft. Chiswell, VA. Brokedown again. The sam probem that was just fixed 2k miles ago, def service failure. The closest place is 40 miles away and they are closed now. Have to wait until morning to contact them and make sure that can get it quickly, like I can really go anywhere. Have already told breakdown, there is no way that I am paying for this a second time. Yesterday had a headwind all the way south on 77, and today, going North, a headwind. As much as this trk has been broke down, I think that time to have a talk with IEL.

 

Pick up in Hermiston WA headed to New Caney Texas, 2037 miles only 2660 pounds and you cant go higher than 6000 feet, can ya guess what that is?

sitting at loves in aurora ne. have a load at 11pm going to mira loam ca foerr a monday am delivery. have a doc appt on tues. so i"ll do a 34 hr reset.

 

had no phone service last couple of days. anyways, delivered that load in denver and picked up a kmart load going to kearney and grand island ne. got to first stop evening before so i spent nite in the parking lot. lucky for me. didn't realize phone didn't change to central time(was still on mt) alarm went off at 5 am, turned truck on and was listening to news while i was making coffe when they said it was 6am. had a 6am appt. time. drove behind store really quick and they were waiting for me. pulled in at 6:15. told them what happened and they didn't say anything . they put arrived at at 6 am. had me unlpoaded in 2 hours and headed to my next kmart for a 10am appt. next time !,ll make sure what time it is. glad i parked in their lot and not at a truckstop or would've been a service failure

 

Hotel in Princeton, WV. Fun ride here today. Worried thew whold way about the red engine lite going off, especially since on a detour from exit 1 on 77 north to exit 9, which luckily is where the KW dealer is. Not sure how long will be here. I guess that when the truck was fixed last time, they did not bother to replace the filter that was causing the probem. Also when I pulled in, the other check engine lite was still on so they can finally find out what is causing that. It was also a joy pulling the hills with the engine derating.

 

got to the kmart in grand island and they started to put the rollers inside of ruck. i was cold, so i helped them with that and helped unload the truck. both stops were loaded on the floor with a few pallets. one way to keep warm. managr thanked me for helping since they were shorthanded i found out later.

 

Sitting behind a Sears in Hornell, NY. Spent the night here because no one was here when I arrived @ 1900 last night (like Plus 1 said). Crackhead CSRs!!!!!
