I usually talk to at least one if not more TMC guys whenever I pick up in Lynchburg, VA and just from what I've heard some of the guys say they get hung out for weeks at a time. And some attribute that to TMC expecting a driver to make an 800 mile run in 11 hours with a truck that runs 62. But you know it's all hearsay, some guys will go 20 years no problem, some will go 20 years then get so ticked about the way things are going and quit, some with go a week and quit. I've heard every kind of description of the company and overall I've heard more bad than good.
Job history requirements?

If your husband just got his CDL and has found a company willing to invest in training him, I would advise to stay with them for a minimum of a year. Job jumping with no experience wont get you far and most likely will not get you into TMC.
Good luck.
