Western Express Orientation

They start going over the application and some background before you come in. As far as the 10yr work history it is a DOT requirement. So when I go over your application I check that it is complete, no gaps in your work history.

 

What do you need to accomplish this? W-2 , Paystubs? Also can you tell me if W Express trucks have a frig and are we allowed inverters?

 

w-2, pay stubs, logs, they fax your former employers or call them. no fridges, the only inverters allowed are the ones that plug into the cigarette lighter

 

You don't do elogs! Sam and Eric do the logs you sit on your ### an try to be cool and someone you're not.. If you took a poll from every orientation you've done the consensus would be that no one learned a #### thing from you. You #####ed to get help because you're work was too much for one person, so don't try playing such a big player in western express when you're obviously one of the main reasons why new drivers don't know what they need to know.. And if you want to tell yourself that you're not trying to get into the young lady's pants so be it but several people know and it's been documented and you will be held accountable.. You could drive circles around him? Sounds a bit ####y bro, and the only reason you work 24/7 is because after your orientation is done at 5pm you're busy trying to get into the women at the quality inn's pants.. Does your wife know this? No probably not..

 

no frig's in the truck and only inverters that plug into cigarette lighter....the one that need to hard wired are not allowed

 

obviously you have no idea what the admin side of western does

 

no comforts at all I see. Guess that means no cooking in the truck.

 

U could add a frig. And no one ever told us, at least our class, that we couldn't have a propane stove onboard.
