Rate trend...

CHR has no teeth in the charcoal hauling, maybe they have a few joints the get a load from but when charcoal rolls it is all hands on board and they give it out to anyone that will cover it.

Not giving out my charcoal hole but if anyone hauls it for less than 2.70 a mile and no touch you are being robbed.

 

According to the CH Agent,they have a whole lot this year and it is cheap at 2.20...But rest assured,Landstar guys will cover it and come here and tell you it was a wonderful rate..

 

I was deathly ill.I had to take it to get back home ASAP to the DR....I am off for 3 weeks now..Thanks for the insight.

 

I found a CH agent to work with and settled with him, not all are out to rape and pillage.

 

It was.Not in a while.I am sure after this winter,it will be back up to 3 bucs.We have to wait and see.

 

Update, I am logged onto CH now, the place I haul charcoal from is not covered by any CH agent. Just saying

I recieved the load through SYR Agent.I loaded on Route 2 in Ellsinore Mo...
