its good you wanted to see your daughter born, but did you consider how you would feed her after she was born.
you say you served in the army, did you serve your full enlistment and receive an honorable discharge, or did your discharge cause you to lose gi bill benefits which would pay for truckdriving school.
and with kids filing taxes would have got you earned income credit. you left money on the table.
you havent filed because you wanted to avoid paying anything in, and you are on all kinds of assistance , food stamps and otherwise, which a paying job would cause problems with.
you dont think things thru to the end. you arent a kid, youre 26 and have fathered kids, get on the stick.
your decisions and yours alone have gotten you here. the state of ga also has hope scholarships that will get you in truck school at one of the tech colleges, and in fact just lowered the standards for the hope grant.
now you hadnt got any felonies, but do you have any other criminal or civil convictions that dont reach the level of felony?
do like paul harvey, the rest of the story.Tonythetruckerdude and Ghost Ryder Thank this. -
You are right.. i forgot, but they are in the making of bringing it back soon.

by the way, its good to be home with the kids everyday, but if they look like ethiopian children with their bellies swelled up from malnutrition, being a otr trucker is much better for them.
in these days of e-mail , skype, unlimited cell phone plans, trucking is a piece of cake to stay in touch with family.
some of ya should have been around when ya only afford to call home collect once a week.Tonythetruckerdude Thanks this. -
i wonder if they will reimburse for this quarter, lol

He never responded to me inquiring about his wife working . I suspect she worked , they filed joint , and he didn't report his under the table income .

How were you able to support a wife and 3 kids for over 3 years? This draws up 2 red flags: either you aren't giving us the whole story or you're shafting the IRS. In either case, trucking isn't for you because even with that little bit of information you gave, you showed red flags in your history. I would not hire you either. No offense, but get your act together first and then worry about driving a truck. You are required by law to show previous employment.
P.S.
Your wifes income counts as your income as well, if you filed taxes properly.Tonythetruckerdude Thanks this. -
Thanks ghost rider I appreciate your insinuations. it has nothing to do with shaft in the IRS et cetera et cetera. what has to do with on the other hand is being poor as hell and not having a job and only able to pull odd jobs every now and then and getting ripped off by your employersyou said I'm not going into detail... there's some things thats just nobody's business. Such as travelling from Georgia to Cheyenne Wyoming and working doing roofs and the guy that hired you runs off with your money to Fargo North Dakota and leave you stranded in a motel. is this what you're talking about Ghost Rider? Is this the information that you want?the fact of the matter is this. I have not filed taxes before simply because I do not know how to do it. Second I'm the 1 that works for my household and my wife is a full time mom. everything is a red flag unless you know the circumstances.
bullhaulerswife Thanks this. -
Thank you for your service, first off.
Second off, did any of you guys consider that if he's living with his parents supporting his family, that he didn't have enough income to claim? Maybe his wife didn't either?
Earned income credit only works when you have INCOME! LOL
Why is everyone so inclined to believe that something underhanded is going on when someone asks for help in these types of situations?
drvrtech77, windsmith, LaBubba and 1 other person Thank this. -
Bullhaulerswife, thanks. Thats exactly whats going on.
