Form a shell company in your wife or mothers name to bid the work and then farm it out to you. You run the show and take them out to dinner or buy them a nice gift every so often....you gotta learn how to play the game. Personally I wouldn't want to rely even a teeny tiny bit on any govt. agency to help provide for me and mine.

 

Better to move on to those who want your services than to complain about those who don't regardless of the reason

 

Well it seems to me that the US Dot is a Federal dept. and Ca. is following the feds so maybe you can't haul loads for anybody ? HMM darn the luck " I don't believe darn is prohibited right " it is the way of the world it ain't fair and it ain't good, but it is what it is.

It says any group that is at an economical disadvantage. So why don't they just say anybody that drives a truck should be considered. The whole country pretty much hates truckers, not just Cali. Doesn't matter what ethnic group your from if your holding a steering wheel they'll find a way to shake you down. Lol
