Car Haul USUALLY runs about $30-$50 an hour ..... and that's across the board. Like all the rest, seniority and the loads you end up with sign the cheque. I had a friend driving a company truck in NB make over 100 k/yr not long ago.

I make about 6k a month hauling ore for Arrow. 4 on 2 off. $300.00 a day basically or $0.67 a mile for my run. I live pretty comfortable.

I'm from Ontario ,working all my 70 legal hr and I go Home every 3 weeks home for 4 days
This is my pay ,take home 1 week 900 ,second 870 ,third week 1000 and forth week because I'm taking my 4 days off is 380
total 3150 take home , I'm mostly working 14 hr a day ,driving all my hr and trying to be smart using e-log
average per hr is 4 dollars and 50 cents
my rate is 39 cent per mile ,once again I work 7 days x 3 weeks plus 3 days for the last week
And if you laughing now so not only at me because many drivers make much less

I work that cheap cause I don't have my two years in yet, and it was very difficult to get that first job. I won't be in this industry if that's what you make 7 years in. I don't know why would you stay for that wage.

Most company drivers earn about 3200 a month ,take home
And if you electronic logbook it is simple calculation
    5×500 =2500 x 40=1000 after tax =750
Let's say driver had 600 miles a day it will after tax 900 dollars
Flatbed, tankers it can be different story but vans its very low
    pay
If somebody tell me that makes 300 take home daily (van) I would like to know the name of the company

Stop playing a hero tell me the name of the company 5000 home?
What is your rate per mile,
Most truckers are poor people ,even 5000 is not much now
Number looks OK but go to the store buy some food and 500 gone
